We can visit your tenant-occupied or vacant property and create a comprehensive list of all the issues requiring attention. The report along with a detailed description of the issue and pictures will be forwarded to you for your review and consideration. You will decide which repairs you like us to perform based on your budget and requirements.
The cost for this comprehensive report is $195 -- Fully refundable when we do any service over $250.

Does your property Comply with Maryland 2018 Smoke Alarm laws? If your alarm is over 10 years old, or if it does not have a 10-year sealed backup battery, you are required by law to replace your alarms.
The cost if installing up to 3 battery operated Smoke, CO, or Combo alarm is just $175 plus the cost of the alarms. Each additional installation in just $35. For AC hard-wired alarms, an additional $10 per alarm.
Cleanup Services: $200+
Total cleaning and sanitation with 100% satisfaction guaranteed. Prices start at $200 for a one time cleanup to get your property in a ready-to-move-in condition. Rates* are as follow:
1 Bed and 1 Bath Apartment: $200
2 Bed and 2 Baths Apartment: $240
3 Bed and 2 Bath+ Apartment: $270
3 bed and 2 bath house - 1500-1800 sq/ft: $280
3 bed and 2 & half bath house - 1800 - 2100 sq/ft: $300
3 bed+ and 3 bath house - 2100 - 3000 sq/ft: $325
