SMOKE/CO ALARM INSTALLS

• The law requires any battery operated smoke alarm, regardless of the age, to be replaced with a new 10-year sealed smoke alarm with silence/hush feature.     
• Any hardwired smoke alarm over 10 years needs to be replaced with a new hardwired smoke alarm.
• At least one alarm must be located on each level of the dwelling including the basement.

We can install your new smoke/CO detectors.

Prices:

• Install up to 3 smoke alarms:  $150 plus the cost of the alarms
• $35 per each additional alarm  (Smoke or CO)

Cost includes:  The cost of laminate flooring up to $3 per SQ/FT, removal and disposal of old flooring, Paint, and labor only.  Furniture, Light Fixture(s), Curtain Rods/Blinds and Decorations to be purchased by customer.  Paint colors to be picked by customer.  We only use Behr quality paint.  

*Ceiling paint extra.
